Jelisa, fixed my cell phone. She not only fixed it, she went above and beyond. Even when we didn't see eye to on certain things she demonstrated exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills. Thanks for getting me back in the game cellphone wise.
Do not buy anything from this business. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from any business. As a business owner, big or small, there no good answer on to why you ignore customers who call you or reach out to you directly. I’ve tried to reach out many times because the fire stick I was sold isn’t working. All I can say is, once your payment is received, the owner Jelisa will go Mia. I drove 30min to the location and called her when I was there. I was able to get her to answer and all I was told was…. I’m no longer at that location.
