Grant was amazing when we discussed the contract/sales portion. So far everything he committed has been spot on. Titus responds to our messages in a timely manner which is so important to us as we will always have last minute requests. He is always willing to offer suggestions and offers a quick response to our last-minute pop-up needs. Mirela has done an outstanding job keeping up with our standard of excellence when cleaning and sterilizing our facility. She also handles some of our porter services which is fabulous. The mark of a great facility maintenance service is that you are almost unaware they come at all. The building is simply clean and ready for a new day without any sign that someone was here. That's why i love City Wide. The service is impeccable, and we hardly are aware they have come, other than the building is in great shape for a new work day.

Temo, our facility solutions manager, has done a GREAT job managing our account. We appreciate his hard work. The crew he lined up for us is doing a good job as there has been no negative feedback from our employees. No feedback equals satisfactory cleaning as I only get feedback when results are unsatisfactory.Temo has been attentive, checking in regularly, including his regular inspections to ensure the job is being done right.The results thus far are deserving of 5 stars.
