My experience with Pilates at Citizen has been truly enjoyable. The instructors are very supportive and create a welcoming atmosphere. The studio offers a variety of classes for all skill levels. It is always kept clean and provides a transformative experience that benefits both the body and mind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive Pilates journey.
Loving citizens Pilates at the Oak Forest location!!! Chelsea is a great instructor! I was brand new to Pilates and she has done a great job of explaining and giving me modifications during sessions. I highly recommend that you try pilates. I have my own workout routine, and I only incorporate Pilates once a week. Even so, I can see why it’s important to do, and hopefully I can start seeing physical benefits too!
Citizen Pilates is great! All the instructors have been excellent, professional and I love the 45 minute Reformer workouts at the Heights location. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their fitness life.
