We had a new shower installed from Ceramic City in 2018. There were many issues throughout the installation process, and they kept coming back for quick fixes. Today during a home inspection we learned that there is 80% moisture reading within the shower and it’s most likely an improperly installed pan causing a leak. We reached out to Ceramic City USA asking for their owner to call us, and they sent us a rude and dismissive message with no call in return. To say the least, do not use this company.

After seeing our best friends new kitchen remodel we decided to update our master both room. Fernanda and her crew were amazing to work with. Even when we had a little hiccup they were quick to resolve and it turned out perfect!! They truly take pride in their work! Thanks again for a great job and for my little price of heaven!!

Fernanda and Marcello came out, gave us a bid, we then visited their gorgeous showroom and knew we had made the right decision. Their crew came out, never missed a single day. Three and a half weeks later we had a beautiful new kitchen. Hire this company, their work is exceptional!!!
