I would like to thank Andretta Kessel for guiding us through all our options. Me and my sister brought my 87 year old daddy to make his own arrangements as per his request. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand. Any and all questions were answered with care. God bless you all at Brookside for continuing to take care of our families
Everyone on site was incredibly helpful; it felt like we were VIP's during a very difficult time. Our funeral director, Rita M, was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Maria G. and I had been in touch throughout the entire process. She was a Godsend! Maria was very timely with her responses when we reached out and she helped guide us through it all. Andretta K. was very endearing and poised (as were all the other employees who worked with us). We truly felt like family. I can't tell you how much our family appreciated the "above and beyond" love and support we felt from the staff at Brookside. We will be eternally grateful.
Would like to say that Michael and Ryan did a great job. They handled everything and listened to what we wanted, and went out of their way to make sure it taken care of. Brookside needs to hire more staff like Michael and Ryan.
