Updating review: they acknowledged the initial install issue and had someone different come fix it. The new grass is starting to take and fill in and looks much better.

Initially had issues with the installation of the grass. The grass quality was fine.

Excellent staff. Everyone friendly and helpful. Seemed genuinely grateful for the business and said so. (very busy this Saturday morning but all had great attitudes)
I live far away but I will be back for more.

I found this business through a Google search for SOD. I had previously bought a couple rolls at Home Depot for $3.98 each!!! However, I needed a bunch now as I took out some trees and had an area that got burned out last summer.

Brokers Grass was half price of the Big Orange Store on a roll by roll basis, but the HUGE savings came if I bought half a pallet or more. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

When I arrived, the yard guys were very helpful as well in making sure I parked in the right spot and didnt get flattened by a SOD truck! I paid for my grass, and the guys loaded the pallet into the back of my pickup. They were very careful...read full review
