I was diagnosed 2 years ago with osteoporosis in my spine with a high risk of fracture, I needed training to help me strengthen my back and gain muscle mass. I have been training for more than a year and my osteoporosis has gone down. I've gained muscles my physical and mental health has improved, Mel has help me a lot with his great knowledge and dedication to my training. Breathfit is the best!!

Update: I recently had a body composition analysis performed. While I’m overweight, my muscle mass numbers were above average for my age (53). I’ve since added in more cardio & am starting to see results. I could not have done the cardio classes 2 years ago, when I first started visiting these guys.Original ReviewI’ve been working out here since October of 2021. I initially started post Covid with breathing issues. Working out has significantly helped minimize my asthma.The gym is clean, personal & the guys know what they are doing. I've been going to BreatheFit for about 1.5 years. Previously, I had gone to ExerciseCoach. I like that BF is consistent on their staffing & that it really is a one on one plan. If I'm having knee or foot problems, we'll skip those areas until I'm better. At most, one other person will be at the facility with you, so it's a very private space. They are typically in a different room. I'm not where I want to be fitness wise, but I do feel I'm moving in the right directions with their help.
