Great customer service and in stock items. We needed an ADA compliant sink that was unavailable everywhere locally. Brasswerks were the only place that had what we needed and saved the day!

2.17.23 Went to look at sinks and faucets on Wednesday, 2.15.23. The show room was well stocked and had some great options. I found exactly what I visioned in my head. Sylvia was very helpful and polite. I should have made my purchase on Wednesday but I wanted to do my measurements one more time before buying everything. I went back today, Friday 2.17.23 and no one was there. The door showed the hours as 9-3pm but the door was locked at 10:15am. I called them (because it said they may be in the warehouse) and it went to vm. Hmmmm.

Wow ! I located this company's location after 5 years after remodeling my bathrooms without GPS. I bought 4 vessel sinks and faucets and other materials for remodel my bathroom dinks. Need to replace some parts still there and great service.
