Started pilates last year, been to a few diff studios and this place is by far most challenging. But in a way that you want to keep coming despite the painful parking.Parking is very limited, they need a private lot or somethimg bc waiting for other people to back out and trying to snag a spot is not fun. And street parking is not an option bc it's full too.I like the simple studio with no extra things. It holds about 10 people i think which is nice. I hate when there are so many people squeezed in a small space.The instructors are nice. Their classes are all challenging in different ways. Boost Pilates is the best - the only studio I go to in Houston. The instructors are very warm and welcoming, and are encouraging during classes! Highly recommend trying Boost out, you won’t regret it!

This review is long overdue as I've been coming here for years now. I initially discovered this place through class pass, back in the day when I was physically challenged and working out was a chore to me. I had never done pilates, or heard of a reformer machine, so finishing my first class was a big accomplishment to me. As a beginner, yes you will feel overwhelmed. But the instructors give detailed instructions and each workout is geared to every level (beginners, intermediate, and advanced).
