I've been coming here for 12 years. I workout upstairs in the gym as well as get my facials and nails done downstairs. Paula and Joe are great people. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place; what a gem. They offer everything from fitness training to massages, eye lash extensions, medi/pedi, make-up and more. Everything a person needs to look and feel good. The staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. When you walk in they greet you with a smile and it smells so so good in there. I love the warmth of the atmosphere. I'm a fan.
