Today I visited Bluemercury at Macy's in Memorial City, I was looking at SPF products, I noticed there were products about to expire. I brought to the Manager attention, she had no concern, nor cared. I ask everyone to be cautious when buying products at Bluemercury at memorial City mall. Be careful to buy expensive face product! Everyone should know these products expire, and should not be on a store shelf to purchase at full price, SPF products should last about 1 year! NOT less than 2 months.

Im sorry to say this but the black woman who Works there is so rude and makes you feel so uncomfortable. This is,my third time I bought lipsticks There and will be the last time .I refuse to be treated that way .she Rush me and was rude my my mum too .Is far she Works there I WIL NOT BUY THERE NO MORE .

I came to BlueMercury inside Macy’s looking for some skincare. My eyes were leaning towards La Mer since they carry it.A guy named Gabriel that is an advisor at blue Mercury spoke with me about the line and I ended up buying it. I’m happy with my purchase, & by how knowledgeable he is. Most of all I love he was patient. Most advisors rush me in to purchasing, but he didn’t. he made my shopping experience pleasurable.Thank you???
