Quick, friendly, efficient, and affordable. Waking up in the middle of the night with no AC is no fun. So I called Big Texas Comfort and they sent out David M. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got our house cool again.
I couldn't be any happier with our experience on our recent AC installation. The team of skilled technicians who conducted our new ac installation was terrific. They were super helpful from start to finish.
The service technicians were very personable and informative. They went above and beyond, took extra time to explain what they were doing, and answered my questions regarding the A/c repair they were doing. They also ensure everything is good and my A/c is up and running before they leave.
