The Tomball staff, Katy staff andand Doctors and the Retina West staff are caring, friendly, and empathetic. Highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center. Dr. Sipos has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything in an understanding way. His assistant Desiree is very helpful.

I don't rate doctors the way a lot of folks do. I don't care if I have to wait a while, I don't care whether the waiting room is chic or shabby, and I don't care whether or not it has a Keurig -- I care whether the doctor has excellent qualifications and provides me with the care and information that I need. By that metric, Dr. Robert Coffee is an 11 on a 0-10 scale. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, straightforward, and not at all patronizing. He has kept me informed about the status of my macular degeneration. Yes, I had to do a lot of waiting, but when Dr. Coffee got to me, he did not act rushed, and he patiently answered my questions.
