They don't tell you how much you pay until finish your hair do, never smile, cashier was mean, they just left me waiting until I was next but I ask how much she is going to charge me before I accept her touching my hair, they said if you want to make an appointment? I was over charge for a simple hair cut, not coming back they have no Custumer service! She just cut the tips of my hair costs $20, didn't tell me how much after she finished!

Very bad experience!!! I've been there about 4 times and my husband always thinks that he's going to spend an hour this last time, my husband decided to wait while I did my nails and the same thing happened to us again, there is customer favoritism, other people decided to go before him. ! Zero professionalism here! Don't come, don't waste your time!!! Faced women with very bad service

I walked to the beauty salon to see if they could trim my ends . They wouldn’t even open the door for me and they shewed me away and wanted me to leave . I feel like they didn’t want a black person in their salon . Racist cowards
