Answered my questions, fair price, showed up early, finished promptly, and did a good job.Edit: service #2 (1 year later). Fast, clean, does a good job. I should have thought to also have my sofas and rug cleaned but will schedule that for next time.Edit2: Continued great service and cleaning. Wore masks the entire time. Pretty quick turnaround.Edit 3: ~5th time with Bayou City, added tile cleaning this time. Scheduling an upholstery and carpet cleaning with was so easy online with prompt communication from the office. The technician, Matthew arrived at the time promised. He was friendly, diligent, and meticulous with all the surfaces. Our furniture and flooring all looks incredible. Highly recommend Bayou City Steam Cleaning!
