My experiences have been nice. The workers have always been polite. The clothes I drop off have always been ready in like a couple of days and looked good. The only down I have is that some of my clothes have had a bit of an unpleasant odor for me.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and thanks to Bay Oaks Cleaners. Not only is the quality excellent, but the customer service is supreme. I can tell it's a family run business, and it takes a good hearted family to make a business run smoothly. Time and time and again, Bay Oaks comes through and delivers excellent service. I've been to many Dry Cleaner services, and I will never leave this one at Bay Oaks. If there were enough words to express my gratitude, I'd be here for weeks on in saying "thank you" over and over.....lol. Thanks again for the great service, and God Bless. Oh...and thanks for putting up with all of that dog hair :)

The best customer service and experience I've ever had. The honesty and integrity is far more valuable than any other business. You can tell its a family owned and run business, and the family are exceptional people. This is my go to place!
