Their work was better than the Mercedes dealership. This shop was recommended by a coworker after my Mercedes was involved in a accident. They did excellent work on my car. No shortcuts, just good quality work. They even fixed things that were done at the dealership incorrectly. They are up front about price, no hidden fees. Yousef was very kind and patient as he explained what my car needed. The work is done in a timely manner and the car is returned very clean. I have been back 2 times since with other vehicles.

The owner Yousef was professional, welcoming, and honest from our first interaction in person. I reached out to Houston Auto Tech with a quote request to get scratches off of my bumper on my Tahoe. The lady, Desiree, in the front was very nice and quick to help. We made conversation and it was definitely a local friendly neighborhood vibe. Yousef and his team fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. When I first saw my car, all I could say was "WOW!". I was in shock at the transformation. At first I couldn't tell which side had had the issue; it truly looked like it was fresh off of the dealer's lot! I really like the fact that they didn't try to sell me any other services. I unknowingly had a nail in my tire but did not have the lock key to replace the tire. They checked the tire psi and added more air to my low tire and offered to patch it for me when I found my tire lock key. The price is right with Houston Auto Tech. I will now only see Yousef and his team when I need work done to my car. Thank you Mr. Yousef and your team for fixing my car!

We were in an accident and had body work done at Houston Auto Tech. The repair and body work was great. Our car was also returned prior to the expected return date. The shop communicated with us about the work being done and provided exceptional customer service (office staff and technicians). Would definitely recommend this place!!!
