The office was clean and well coordinated. Staffing appeared adequate and were professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My wait time to be seen was less than 15 minutes which is great!!! Thank you Dr Chang and your staff….keep up the great patient care!

Customer service was great. However, I had never been to a dentist before where they refused to provide service you had requested. I totally understand I might be needing more in depth treatment, however, I made the appointment specially wanting preventative care and I WANT preventative care before more in depth treatment. However, nothing was done other than taking lots of x-ray.
