Zero stars if I could. Had to schedule my pickup 2 weeks in advance. Made sure I gave them everything they needed and had everything set outside nice and neat for them. The drivers didn’t even bother to come to the right address and they snapped pictures of a random place to “document” them showing up.I called them multiple times that day to check on the status of the pickup and all I got was “it’s still scheduled for pickup” only to find out at 4:30pm that the person who scheduled my pickup didn’t properly put in my address. Not to be confused with Legs Of Hope, which is more Barbi's thing. Or is that Feet Of Hope. Soles Of Hope. Something like that. Not the best charity to be honest. Not organized the best, and it's hard to make donations to them. They're doing their best effort in some regards, but poorly planned others. It's a good concept, but Charities should be easy to use and easy to donate to, they should work with the people donating to them and here, they definitely don't.
