I've been going to Arctic Healing Cryo for 5 years, it's the best, I use the NovoThor Red Light Therapy and Whole Body Cryo 4-5 days a week, it's helps my body recover faster and stay injury free, I workout 7 days week, including weights, swimming and tennis, I'm a big fan of Arctic as it helps me maintaining my healthy and active lifestyle, thank you Larissa!
Came in town for a weekend trip feeling a little sore. I researched cryo therapy in the area and this facility was highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied with my session!! The owner was so welcoming and helpful. I feel great!!! Definitely will be back when I visit Houston.
For 5 weeks I have had 6 sessions/week with Novo Thor IRRLT, or PBM treatments. In my 7th decade, I have serious knee issues, and I think that there is less constant pain or throbbing discomfort in the knees and the thighs since I began these sessions. I definitely recommend that PBM be tried; it may “work” for you, and beyond the knees, I think my attitude and my overall mental health has improved as a result of these sessions.
