Aptive is very responsive even when asked to come the same day. Great customer service. They only charge you for the quarterly treatment. However, if you still see bugs, they dispatch a technician and take care of it at no additional cost.

I like the people that come out and do the work. I just wish they would send the same person back each time. Eddie came today; and when I asked if he could come back next time, he said I can request him to come again in a couple of months. I will do that because he’s really professional, listening to my needs around the house and taking special care to exterminate in areas that will not affect our dog.Service: Bug & insect extermination
