She violated TSBPA 501.75 sub section D (did not secure clients' information), was late in filing our taxes, and is extremely disrespectful. Not once did I get an apology from this woman.#1. We submitted our 2022 paperwork a month before the tax deadline, and she was still late in filing it. She failed to be courteous and apologize.#2. I submitted 2021 1099 form for an amendment last year in October, she said that she would file for an amendment via email a few days after I sent that email. By far the easiest and most effective tax service I’ve ever used! I love the fact that I didn’t even have to go in the office, all I had to do was send my info & they took care of the rest. Chelsea definitely have my loyalty for yeas to come!
