I brought my daughter in for an exam and glasses. Qualayshia was amazing! She was so patient with her and gave her advice on which frame fit her face the best. This was the smoothest experience ever had. We I’ll definitely be back to this location for all our exams and glasses!!! The Manager Brachelle was amazing as well!!
Best American Best I have ever been too!!! The receptionist was welcoming!!! The assistant was so kind with the pre-check & quick on the eye image machine, which I am always nervous about!! Dr. Dorothy did an amazing job explaining my eye prescription and answer all my questions!! Bercehlle did a great job in assisting us with glasses purchase and explaining all the deals in the store! We love transparency and exceptional care!! Highly recommended this American Best for your eye care needs!!!
I have alwats had a great experence at America's Best but this year I received the upmost service from berchelle. She went above and beyond excellent customer service. She was gracious, caring, knowledgeable and all of the things needed to make an excellent employee.
