I could not figure how to fit my new 3070 ti into my case. I called for help and was told to bring my computer in and they'd figure it out. I brought in my rig, the issue was quickly pointed out and resolved. I'm so thankful that Ken was able to set me up so quickly!! This place is great and I highly recommend it!

Though far from home, I have had two occasions to have a laptop repaired and another one upgraded by them. Prices are reasonable, flexible to work with. An unusual layout, their "office" is in a separate area through a dentist's office.

Needed a fan replacement that couldn't be done at home because of a stripped screw. Ken was super helpful and as soon as we explained the problem to him, he got to work. In and out in around an hour! Very generous (didn't charge since it was a small fix) and reliable, seems very knowledgeable!
