I have been to many phone repair places yet I have never experienced the level of care and clarity that Alex provided. If you need an IPhone repair, this is your guy. I am a Samsung user so unfortunately Alex couldn't fix my phone but he tested it, provided a potential solution, and sure enough it worked! He's a great guy and worth checking out for all your IPhone needs.
Alex is very kind and professional, took the time to talk to me about the “No SIM Card” error my iPhone was having. Told me the option about switching to a built in eSIM that the new models have and advised me to go to my service provider (Verizon). That’s exactly what Verizon did and now my service is working. ??
I did not take my phone in, but when I called Alex was very friendly & gave me very helpful advice for my situation. He took the time (even though he knew he wouldn’t get a sale from it) to provide options. If I ever have an issue I will take to him since he was so honest and trustworthy!
