Ron went above and beyond. He removed and reinstalled a new dead-bolt lock on the front door to my home. He was Fast, Punctual and best of all, the dead-bolt lock worked smoother than before. Thank You Ron.
Company initially did a good job with the installation. We have had some issues with the quality of the lock and have had 2 repairs for it jamming. Called a few times and eventually someone was able to come out and help.However, the dispatch center was not great. I had to call a few times to get a repair completed and complete payment of the invoice. In the end it got taken care of.I do have to say the last time we had someone come out to fix the jamming issue (the door would not open from the inside) the 2 guys who came out were extremely helpful and kind.Updated 1/25/24
