Placed an order for future date with an online order and there was some confusion about delivery. I reached out to the store and they were super fast in addressing my concern! Today the arrangement was delivered and needless to say it was above expectations!

Impeccable service. They took time to express the expectation and not only delivered but exceeded. I cannot recommend there service enough. Clearly outstanding service and product.As a rule, most people are quick to take their time to voice disappointment or lackluster service on a company or person in a retaliatory attempt. My husband has been using A Cut above Florals for a few years now. I always get beautiful arrangements from them. Customer service is phenomenal. Whenever I have questions they answer it with honesty and clarity. The driver is always friendly, giving me advice on how to make the flowers last longer . He also told me that if my husband wanted to save money he should order directly from the store. ( my husband always sends me flowers, even for “just because “
