I started 3 months ago and I can tell you that this place is very effective if you plan to look super good for this Summer. In addition, I had a problem with my knee from a surgery performed a year ago. The first day it was very difficult for me to bend my knee, it hurt and Thanks to Dee and her knowledge of chiropractic, little by little I regained stability in my knee. DEE you are the best and Grant very good training.?

I really enjoy 9Round, especially on Wednesdays and Fridays when I train with Dee. He makes every workout fun and customizes it for me, which encourages me to keep going. Hopefully, he'll add more days to his schedule so I can train more. :)
