I'm a few weeks in and enjoy the workouts. It's helped my fitness for beach volleyball and a good head to toe workout in 30 minutes. Ernest is a great trainer. It's good for all fitness levels, as the exercises/pace can be modified.

I have tried many gyms and health programs in my lifetime and this is by far, my favorite. It is taylor made for busy executives, and business owners, like me. I don’t have time to wait for classes to start or patience to keep up with some sort of class calendar. I arrive when I arrive and I’m in and out in 40 minutes max with a full body workout and over 700 calories burned. I get one on one coaching and the workouts are different daily, so it never gets boring. I especially love the friendships that I have built with the people that I see there daily and the coaches who pour their passion into all of us. Have been a member for almost two years, workout here almost every day. I love this place and honestly have ZERO complaints. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, speed, and flexibility (hard to do in your 50s); all my stats (BP, resting heart rate, cholesterol, everything improved, a lot); the owner, Pete, has been great to work with, he’s legit. Every trainer has been outstanding, both from an informational/educational standpoint as well as being motivating / pushing the workouts.
