This is the BEST studio! All of the instructors are great and really pay attention to the clients limitations, if any. It's just a great atmosphere and the classes are challenging and fun at the same time. Don't sleep on this studio
I went here with a friend recently while visiting Houston. It was the first time that I have ever went to a Pilates class and I loved it. Pennie was our instructor and she was able to provide people with individual attention due to the small class size. Pennie was knowledgeable and friendly and it was a great way to get introduced to Pilates.
