Super super happy with my results I asked to go lighter from black box dye & Demi black hair dye not blonde but realistic expectations like a light brown and Michael achieved my hair goals I freaking love my hair he also kept the integrity of my hair all the staff was amazing very accommodating the salon was very nice and clean would definitely recommend!!

I go to 3930 Ego specifically to see Jason Eckblad. He's fixed my hair on a number of different occasions after letting other stylists touch it. I only trusted him to cut my 10 year old son's hair as it was going from long to short...it came out great! I will be coming here ONLY from now on.

I had a haircut and balayage with Jana this week and have never received so many compliments on my hair! My hair is historically very difficult to lift in color (I have thick Asian black-colored hair) and she was somehow able to accomplish in 3h the same degree of lift to get ash blonde as previous salon experiences requiring 6-8h sessions. I also love the haircut that she gave me and she was very attentive to detail and asked for feedback along the way (for example, if I wanted more layers or more length taken off). I will definitely be back and highly recommend booking an appointment with her! : )
