Went in with a iPhone 11 that died without any warning. After contacting Apple Store and not able to find a reason for my phone dying decided to reach out to15 Minutes Phone Repair. Decided to have my battery evaluated, they had one in stock and the technician went the extra mile to troubleshoot the issue even though the battery wasn't the cause of phone dying. He had excellent customer service etiquette and would not accept any reward for his time. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for honest and trustworthy services.
This place is exactly what the name says we had a screen on an iPhone that wouldn't come on. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no more than 20 min. His prices are excellent. Great place great customer service
Highly recommend!!! He is very knowledgeable and very authentic. Trust him with all of my devices and as a mom Two teenagers I have been in a couple times and he has always taken care of me and been upfront, fair and honest!!!
