“I have been going to Horseshoe Bay Dental since about two years ago when I became eligible for Medicare Advantage with Baylor Scott & White. The BS&W plan is associated with Met Life and many providers that I spoke with did not seem to understand that. I actually had a difficult time finding a provider that acknowledged acceptance of the plan. The key to receiving dental benefits with no additional premium is to tell them the plan benefits are from MetLife PDP Plus network. MetLife has other plans so the language must be exact. Once all that was straighten out I have had very good dental care at an affordable price. Two years ago 7 of my teeth were thin, one chipped, some with old likely to fail fillings. Who knew that so much could be accomplished with fillings? All fixed inexpensively and has greatly improved my bite; sort of like strong new teeth. Today I had routine checkup and cleaning. Dr. Sopel took extra care to produce a Hollywood smile.“

“5 years ago I first walked into Dr. Deans office needing ortho care for my eldest daughter. I was nervous that I would not be able to find the right fit for her because we had battled extreme “fight or flight” reactions to any dental care when she was little. Dr. Deans laid back office and personable demeanor immediately put my daughter at ease. She started her treatment and my younger daughter shortly followed. A few months after they started their journey I too decided it was finally time to get some of my own after 25 years of waiting!
While I didn’t love having braces I did love going into see Dr. Dean and Kristy. With all three of us in braces we were in the office quite often and we were always well cared for.
Dr. Dean does an excellent job keeping up on all the best techniques and advancements in orthodontia. I knew that all three of us were in capable, experienced and caring hands.
It was a literal dream come true for me after waiting for so long to finally have straight teeth! My girls also were thrilled with the result of their orthodontia.
After five years I can honestly say it was sad to see all of our treatment end because we so enjoyed going to see Dr. Dean.“
