I was referred to Blanca about 2 months ago & I LOVE HER!!! She is SUPER detail oriented, sweet, professional & last but nit least very talented/passionate. Quick to reply to your messages, etc. Plus the shop has a nice vibe. You can feel the brother/sister-hood :) Thank you Heavy’s !!!!!

A sincere and genuine apology for an understandable oversight paired with an excellent fade merits 5 stars. I had read reviews which is why I decided to give this place a shot. A booking mistake was made and through that I was able to see the service I read about on the reviews. Marcos could have left it at that, but I can tell his efforts were sincere and we need more service like that in EP.
