“Punctuality, integrity, and pride in their work are 3 things I've come to really value in any type of service. Lisa is all of those things! She has so many people (myself included) drive from 30+ minutes away because she's reasonably priced and consistent. I've been twice in a short amount of time and both times she's been on time and incredibly friendly. I even had to come back to have something fixed with my passion twists and she fixed it no questions asked. Some people would have tried to argue or irrationally blame the customer simply because they don't want anyone questioning their work, but Lisa had no problem taking my feedback and eagerly wanted to make it right. As a side note, I've been getting braid/twist styles for years and it's great to have a licensed cosmetologist over someone who is just a braider because they can actually wash your hair themselves. Absolutely recommend Excellence Salon as it has amazing stylists and workers there, along with wonderful and comfortable energy. This place is probably one of the best salons in the Baytown area with it being a hidden gem where it's located on Rollingbrook Dr.

Amazing cutting, color, service, and treatments here. The two stylists that were booked for me and my sister's services same day was such a wonderful experience and I recommend anyone to please try this place out and see how you feel! Make sure to book early in the day or contact on their site so you can get what you need when possible!

Overall an amazing salon experience, and I will definitely be going here in the future. All the workers there are very kind and attentive and make you feel good being there! I would, if I could, give more than 5 stars for this place.

Requested style: Amazing hair cutting and styling from both mine and my sister's stylists! Christina is amazing at cutting curly hair to your needs and will make you look SO beautiful. Micah is amazing at doing layed hair and making your hair look like it's out of a photoshoot or magazine.
