I always receive the best treatment. The ladies are so nice and tentative. They’re never too busy to answer help you with the choice . They explain your insurance options. They’re just very tentative to your needs.
Have used HV Wal-Mart Vision Center 3 times in the past 15 years, always had a positive experience and todays visit was the best yet.

It was 4:20 PM on a Sunday, and the hinge screw on my glasses had fallen out. I was panicking because I need my glasses to see and drive, and I have work the next day. I started googling places that might be open and decided to call Walmart Optical in Lewisville.
Alexis answered the phone, and she said she thinks she could fix it — so I rushed over before they closed at 5. She was able to fix my glasses right away, free of charge! She was my last hope, and she truly saved the day.
