Hair color is always great, same formula, great color products, I am a member, so really get value for my money. Salons and people are different at various locations, some very courteous, know your name when you walk in, ask if you need anything, check back during your color processing, but this is not the norm at the place I usually go in Highland Village, Texas. I still go, cause my color turns fine and the value is good!
Absolute perfect experience on a Monday @Madison Reed in Highland Village.
My Stylist was Sarah, my first time at a Madison Reed. I’ve been using this product on my mother’s hair and she loved it bc no strong odors. She had a rare lung disease and was extremely sensitive to any smell.
I’ve been doing mom’s hair for the last 2 years and before that she did her hair and absolutely loved the product.
Mom has passed, but I continue to enjoy the quality of your products and for the first time ever went in for a root touch up.

I decided to come to the Highland Village location in Flower Mound after I had a bad experience at the Southlake location. I have been going to Southlake for years. Their customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Today, I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I was handed a cape and offered a seat anywhere. They said they would get to me as soon as they could. I completely understand, I could see they were busy. I was grateful to be acknowledged and treated with courtesy.
