I called yesterday morning to ask about the process since the day before didn't go well. Even on the phone I already knew Ousley should have been our first and only stop. They essentially held our hand from start to finish to help us find the perfect glasses for my daughter from shape to design and on. Even better is my daughter was lucky enough to have lenses ready in store so she got to walk out with her new glasses and she can see clearly for the first time in a long time.
