Besides the actual procedure her technique is unparalleled. She listens to what you want, evaluates what you need and customizes her approach based off that. I am an esthetician myself and knew that I would need expert advice and care which is why I sought out Dr. Drew and Shannon. My face looks incredible now. My acne scarring nearly invisible! The entire staff at the Flower Mound location is an absolute dream from start to finish. This week I called due to an infected shoulder cyst that needed removal and draining. I was in such discomfort, yet they were able to book me next day to have Dr. Drew drain and quickly provide me with a schedule in which to deal with my particular problem.
