Swift quick service for Texas’ miserable summers from Rabroker & their entire team when our AC went out before a holiday weekend. Everyone was professional & I was able to successfully work remote @ home while they were exchanging our unit out for a new one. Brian and Jeremy were our HVAC techs that worked throughout the heat of the day to get the AC unit up and running quickly. They were polite, friendly and extremely hard workers. We ran into some electrical issues and needed to have Bowen Electric come out and fix some old wiring but that did not cause any delay because Rabroker was working on other AC things while that was getting tended to. I’m glad my other HVAC didn’t return my call. I tried RABroker, they came out quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. Have had them back for other AC issues since then with professional reps explaining the issue and has always gotten us up and running. It gets a little warm in central TX and having a good team like this ready to help is always an answered prayer. I’ve used multiple HVAC companies since living in TX and for the future I’ll always be calling RABroker. Thank you all for your help and service to our family. Shawn Elam
Rabroker A/C installed a Mini Split in our home. Phillip promptly came to our house and gave us the estimate. He is very knowledgeable on the system and answered all of our questions. His professionalism is top-notch. Alex and Dylan installed the system and you could not ask for more respectful, courteous, and professional young men. If you need A/C services - Rabroker A/C is in our opinion top of the line.
