I came to know of Lane Service because of my home warranty company. Coleton Lane arrived at my house on time and was courteous and professional. Initially, he was going to replace a coil, but ended up replacing the entire unit (inside and out) because of a new program with the warranty co. The new HVAC unit was in stock and installed a few days after. I fully intend on calling them for annual maintenance checks on the unit and will call on them long after I drop the warranty company.

I filed a claim for our Air Conditioner through American Home Shield early Monday morning before 8 am and Jeff called me right away to schedule an appointment He was able to come Tuesday morning early and less than an hour later, he had fixed the issues and got the A/C working again. I read the reviews on Lane Service and am really impressed with the work ethic and professionalism that I myself experienced. I would recommend them any time there are issues. Great company, thank you!!

The Google Reviews on Lane services was very accurate. This is a very professional contractor. I had to have my entire system replaced. They took the time to answer any/all of my questions. The new system is working VERY WELL. I will call them to come back out for routine maintenance. Thank you Google Reviews
