We have never been to any eye vision place that the folks working there were so friendly and so helpful,From the time we walked in till we walked out we were treated so good. We couldn't ask for better customer service which is rare for theses days . When we need to go back for glasses in the future we'll differently go back to Hewitt vison

Easily scheduled appointment without a long wait time for the appointment. Several staff I encountered were polite and friendly, except one, she didn't give her name during our discussion about a concern I verbalized. The Doctor, Elizabeth, she very friendly and discussed everything with me during my exam. I really enjoyed her. Angel was also very helpful. There is a great selection of Eyewear and work closely with my insurance plan. I understand the office will be getting a new doctor next month.

I am so thankful you finally got an experienced doctor and staff. The last time I visited the girl in the glasses area wouldn't get off her phone long enough to help me and then just pointed to an area without looking up. I ended up getting glasses that didn't fit correctly and struggled for a year with them. Dr Melinda Johnson was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and really made a good impression. Also the lady at the desk who has been there for years (don't know her name). Is and always has been so nice and helpful. You need to keep these two ladies for sure.
