Afterwards, I had a great massage with Shawn. I was actually able to walk with out the cane for pretty much of the day today. When I went back today, I was feeling a lot better. After seeing the Dr I was in massage therapy. The gentleman (so sorry i forgot his name) working on me found a major knot in my lower back and when he touch it I jumped in pain. He was trying his
best to get the knot out, while being a gentle as he could so he wouldn't hurt me. Unfortunately, no pain no gain. I would recommend them to anyone.
