Upon first entry I was kindly welcomed by the super sweet ladies behind the counter checking me in. As they were getting me checked in they explained what they were doing and were very patient with every question I had. The dental assistant was also extremely kind and patient with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood not only what I would be paying but what was being done on my teeth by both the dental assistant and the dentist. I would definitely refer my friends and family here based on just the one visit alone. Thank you Ace Dental of Hewitt for what you do <3.
They were patient, knowledgeable, and appreciated your business, and addressed all my issues in a timely manner. Best of all all the employees were very friendly. And I wasn't sitting no long time and .ade sure I was comfortable. I hope to keep them for a long time.
I want to share my experience with the doctor at Hewitt location. She extracted about 20 teeth from my mouth and was the dentist who I trusted to make my dentures and without any issues with pain and my temp and perm dentures were made precisely as I had hoped. Unfortunately I broke my bottom dentures a few years later and it was due to the fact I wasn’t approved to have my bone reconstruction surgery with my Medicaid so she let me know that it could make it to where they may not fit securely as the surgery was needed bad on bottom.
