I have used Shawnee AC since moving to Henderson and would use no other provider. I teach C-suite executives sessions on Customer Service through one of our tiered-one research institutions in Texas and always use Shawnee AC as example of the standard all businesses should strive for. Whenever I have had an issue, professionals such as Micah Johnson respond within an hour. Micah personifies the words "selfless service" and always goes above-and-beyond any expectation. Shawnee has the best customer service, quick response time and all around great people to work with. We recently worked with Micah on installing our new unit, the unit was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with this new unit (Big savings on our light bill!) and with the service from all the guys, very professional. Highly recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs!

After the hailstorm in Henderson, two of the commercial TPO roofs we, Peak Performance Construction, were replacing required new HVACs. We worked with Micah at Shawnee. He replaced all 4 commercial HVACs on both jobs and made the process easy and seamless. I will definitely work with Micah again. Thank you so much for all your help!
