I'm conflicted on giving a 5 star rating. ONLY because they are already so busy. Their service and attention to their patients is outstanding. I love Ms. Kelly and Dr. McDonald. Ms. Kelly is so very attentive to me during my appointments and Dr. McDonald explains things in a way this old lady understands and he is very kind and patient with me. I will say getting an appointment takes a while but it is well worth the wait. I've had people tell me to go to this place or that place and I just don't think I will find the care or service Henderson Eye Center offers. Thank you HEC!

I've always been pleased... especially this last visit ... Kelly was especially sensitive and caring remembering that my husband had passed away the last time I was in there ... the doctor and staff have always been pleasant to me

My daughter had something stuck in her eye and she was in a bit of pain with so much discomfort. I called Henderson Eye Care and they were able to get us in so quickly. I'm so thankful they were able to see us so quick. Very nice and professional from both the front desk and the Doctor.
