While I ended up working my case out last minute, I spoke to Allison the week prior about my case and the complexity of it. Even though my story surrounding the case was long and detailed, she patiently listened, and asked questions along the way, in a non rushed manner, which I really appreciated. After I finished, we talked in more detail and was up front yet genuine when discussing her retainer, and I let her know I'd be getting that retainer within the week.
