Went here for the first time and I was both pleased but unsatisfied. Two people walked in and seemed to be regulars and got seen right away without an appointment, while I sat and waited for at least 10 minutes. I got a full set done. The nail buffer was used to cut my cuticles, and I was not pleased with this. I have never had this done to me, it was not gentle, it really hurt and caused a couple of my cuticles to bleed. These two fingers hurt and probably have an infection now. Usually my cuticles get pushed back and cut without the nail buffer. A couple of the nails are not the same length and the shape is not exactly what I asked for. Granted this is the fourth time... read full review

I am new to this are and I always start off with a basic manicure and pedicure to test out a salon! This salon was clean and the ambiance was relaxing and peaceful! I absolutely love my nails! And the service I recieved! The price was beyond fair and reasonable enough to leave a decent tip! I have found my nail home! Brian and Henry did my hands and feet.

Went there recently, had a Asian woman with glasses give me a pedicure, I think they purposefully overcharge everyone, you can't pick what pedicure charge you want, at least I couldn't. She doesn't seem to talk to the client but rather talk about the client to other Asians in her native language (Vietnamese I'm guessing). She nicked me twice in the same big toe, drawing blood both times. You'd think the biggest toe would be the easiest to pedicure. After the 2nd Nick, I got real nervous anytime she went back to that same foot. There was another guy next to me who had a Spanish woman giving him a pedicure, he seemed happy, an just from my observation... read full review
