Jaron and his crew did a very good job of replacing the old roof on our mobile home at the lake in the Hemphill area. Replaced shingles and vents that were leaking pretty bad. Upgraded the shingles and vents and have not seen any leaks. I was impressed with Jaron working with me on timing because we don’t live there and my schedule isn’t always flexible. I would recommend Whole Armor Roofing to anyone needing help with their roof.
Jerrod came to our house when he said he would. He spent quality time on our R-panel roof replacing many more screws than I expected him to. He is very conscience about his work. He did not want me to pay him until our next heavy rain, wow ! I refused to let him leave without a check in hand. On top of everything else, I thought his fee was too low for the time he spent. I offered to pay him more, but he refused. Don't hesitate to use his company.
This review is long overdue. Whole Armour replaced our roof at Lake Sam last summer. They did a fabulous job from beginning to end, tending to even minute details. The roof is beautiful. In fact, we had the roof replaced so we could sell our house, but the house looked so beautiful with the new roof we decided to take it off the market and enjoy it for a few more years. They meticulously replaced anything they had to move in order to work, even putting my grandchildren's little Adirondack chairs exactly where they belonged. He is the consummate professional, offering assistance in the decision-making process but never being overbearing. He checked on us throughout the process and after. He was polite and easy to work with. He is building his business, and he takes pride in everything he and his workers do. He made sure his roofers cared as much as he did. We put off replacing the roof for a while because we didn't want to deal with the hassle and the expense. There was no hassle with Whole Armour, and he gave us options for roofing materials and companies so we could work within our budget. I would use them again in a heart beat. I recommend Whole Armour Roofing without any reservations at all. I'm just sorry it took me so long to get around to providing this review. Use them - you'll be glad you did!
