This is a great place to go and get your mind and body right. No one bothers me if my intensity gets "too loud". The customer service from the couple that runs the place is wonderful and kind and are always happy to see people come and try their best to get or stay in shape. And if you are interested in a membership, a month is under $30, amounting to less than a dollar a day per month. Glad to have a place like this.
